Hi everybody! Ciao a tutti! Friday morning my big kid woke up in no mood for school, this is not unusual. As she does every morning, she begged for another few minutes of "rest" and she hid under the covers, giggling that she was a ghost and a rock and anything else that doesn't go to school. What did surprise me is that she asked me to give her dragon hair and when I said that I could only do it if she got ready right away, she got ready right away! Hi everyone! Ciao a tutti! I am a big fan of coconut water, not the kind you get in a bottle (although the Honest Harvest is a good second-best), the kind from a fresh young coconut. When my daughter started eating solids I wasted no time introducing coconuts so we could share the joy of drinking a coconut together. Living on the Lower East Side in Manhattan was so convenient because I would throw my daughter in the stroller and we would walk over to Chinatown and get all the coconuts our little hearts desired.
