Potato Eggs - Le uova di patate

I have for you today a great, easy Easter craft.

Oggi ho per voi un laboratorio di Pasqua carinissimo e molto facile.

I plan to use these as the egg hunt clue cards, but you can turn them into wreaths or just hang them up as decorations around the house or on the front door.

Intendo usare i nostri come cartoline degli indizi per la caccia alle uova, ma si possono usare per fare una ghirlanda oppure delle decorazioni per casa o da mettere fuori dalla porta.

For this craft you will need:


A nice egg-shaped potato (or two)
A sharp knife
Acrylic paints
Thick paper
Paint brushes

Per questo laboratorio vi serviranno:

Una bella patata a forma di uovo

Un coltello affilato

I colori a tempera

Carta spessa

Pennelli

Cut your potato in half so that your surface makes an egg shape.

Tagliate la vostra patata a metà in modo che la superficie abbia la forma di un uovo.

Carve a design out on your half potato.

Intagliate un disegno nella superficie della patata. 

Paint your colors onto the carved surface of the potato.

Ricoprite la superficie di colore.

Stamp onto your paper, be sure to leave space between your stamps so you can cut out your eggs and give them a little border to make it more cohesive.

Fate lo stampo della patata sulla carta, assicuratevi di lasciare lo spazio tra un uovo e l'altro così potete ritagliarlo bene con un bordino, che lo rende un po' più riconoscibile.

You can use lots of colors and different color paper to give it more variety and give it that extra Easter feel.
