Happy Mother's Day! Buona Festa della Mamma! I hope all you busy moms had a nice "day off" and all of your children were kind and appreciative. Spero che abbiate avuto un buon "giorno di riposo" e che i vostri figli siano stati buoni e bravi.  In honor of Mother's Day I thought my blog could use a practical recipe to keep us busy moms well-caffeinated and moving along with million and one things we have to accomplish in an hour. Happy Halloween!  Buon Halloween!  I hope you all had fun carving your pumpkins! Today we're going to take those pumpkin guts and turn them into a delicious healthy snack! This is a lot less fun than it looks an di even than it sounds. Some kids enjoy the sensory stimulation, some DO NOT, when I was a preschool teacher every time we did finger painting there was this one little girl who would gag EVERY TIME! If your kid is one of those poor unfortunate souls don't torture them, just do the dirty work yourself! Hi everyone! Happy Halloween!  Ciao a tutti! Buon Halloween!   Today we shall see the mother of all Halloween crafts...dadadada!!!! Pumpkin carving! The last time I carved a pumpkin I was probably about 8 years old. My dad helped my sister and me carve out our jack-o-lanterns and mine was not quite what I had envisioned (which I made no attempt to hide), my sister had gotten a head start on her angsty teenage years so all in all the experience was not the success a parent would hope for.
