Hi everyone! Ciao a tutti! My daughter loves her long hair and (anyone who knows me will attest to this) I am weirdly OCD about her hair being always pulled back. Occasionally I have the time to be creative with these hairstyles, this is one of her favorites. We call it the "Kitty Cat" hairstyle, I'm not really sure why. It's two bow buns, we used to them really high on her head (which is I think where the name came from) but they work nicely at any height. Hi everyone! Ciao a tutti! My sister recently became a vegan again, and "as a vegan it can be hard to come by good desserts". So naturally I thought I'd make her a special vegan cake to bless this dietary choice. I decided to go with a simple chocolate cake so we could have a recipe to build on. Happy Halloween!  Buon Halloween!  I hope you all had fun carving your pumpkins! Today we're going to take those pumpkin guts and turn them into a delicious healthy snack! Some kids enjoy the sensory stimulation, some DO NOT, when I was a preschool teacher every time we did finger painting there was this one little girl who would gag EVERY TIME! Hi everyone! Happy Halloween!  Ciao a tutti! Buon Halloween!   Today we shall see the mother of all Halloween crafts...dadadada!!!! Pumpkin carving! The last time I carved a pumpkin I was probably about 8 years old. My dad helped my sister and me carve out our jack-o-lanterns and mine was not quite what I had envisioned (which I made no attempt to hide), my sister had gotten a head start on her angsty teenage years so all in all the experience was not the success a parent would hope for.
